We Take A Message: For your convenience and maximum efficiency, you tell us the information you need from callers. We'll always collect the caller's name, phone number, and the reason for their call. We'll customize your message slips to ensure you receive all of the additional information you require, such as caller account number, address, patient information, and more. Once we've gathered all the pertinent information, we'll dispatch the message to you.
Instant Message Delivery: At Pronto Connections, we offer a range of ways for you to receive your messages - instantly - including our preferred Secure Messaging app, available for Apple and Android. Other dispatching options include SMS/Text Messaging, E-mail, Direct Phone Calls, Fax, and others.
